Settix complies with the provisions of Law 34/2002, on information society services and electronic commerce, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Royal Decree 1906/1999, which regulates telephone contracting. or electronic with general conditions in development of article 5.3 of Law 7/1998, General Law 26/1984 for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Trade and any other legal provisions that may be applicable.

The prices are only valid in our online store, not valid in our physical stores. These prices will be valid when payment is made by bank transfer. Payment through Paypal represents an increase of 3.5%. These percentages will always be calculated on the total amount of the order. In case of return or cancellation, the amount to be returned will not include the commissions charged for the different payment methods. Settix reserves the right to change, at any time and without prior notice, the prices shown on the website due to changes in supplier rates, offers or any other reason.

Purchases outside the EU

Purchases outside the European Union will always be tax-free. Therefore, the client will be responsible, once the delivery company contacts him, for meeting the costs of customs clearance and taxes required according to the legislation of his country. If such obligations are waived, Settix reserves the right not to accept claims for this purpose or to refund the order amounts.

Settix reserves the right to decide at any time the products and services offered to USERS through the portal. Likewise, Settix reserves the right to stop providing access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the products shown on the portal.

If there is a typographical error in any of the prices or products shown and a USER will make the purchase decision based on said error, Settix will notify the USER of said error and the customer will have the right to cancel their purchase at no cost on their part.

How to buy?

To place orders, once the USER (registered or not) finds the desired product, they must simply click the "Buy" button that appears next to the product. The USER may access their Shopping Cart at any time (and review its content, modify it, etc.).

When the USER has selected the desired products, conveniently saved and stored in the Shopping Cart, they can complete the purchase by clicking "Place Order". This action will take the USER to the "Purchase Form". You will be asked to fill out the purchase form with the USER's personal data, as well as the data corresponding to the delivery of the order placed.

Once the purchase has been made and in the shortest possible time, always before 24 hours have elapsed from the execution of the purchase, SETTIX will send proof of purchase to the USER by e-mail.

The purchase prices will be those in force at the time the order is placed.

The invoice for your order will be sent in electronic format, on the same day your order is shipped, to the email address provided in the order.

Payment Methods

The customer will be able to select, at the time of completing the purchase, among the available payment formulas.

By default, payment will be made by bank card and a POS system external to our company.

Any other payment formula available may have associated fees related to the expenses of the company that manages them. However, such expenses, if they exist, will be reflected at the time prior to the purchase.

By purchasing with Scalapay you will receive your order immediately and you will pay in the number of installments you have established. You agree that the terms are assigned to Retail Facilities SPV 1 Limited, the related parties and their assigns, and you authorize such assignment.

Shipping

All shipments are processed on the same day of purchase, as long as it is made and payment is completed before 1:00 p.m.

In order to transport goods to the address selected by the client, our company uses an express transport service by default. If there is more than one carrier available, the system will allow you to select the same one before finalizing the purchase.

In any case, you will be informed of the estimated shipping time.

Guarantees and Extra Guarantees

All products offered through our website are guaranteed in accordance with legal regulations applicable by current legislation, the periods of which are governed by the decree in force.

The processing of the same will always be carried out through official channels info@settixbrand.com, and the purchase receipt and ID of the buyer must be sent.

No guarantees will be processed for products not purchased through unauthorized sellers or without justification of the purchase transaction.

Settix reserves the right to cancel liability for the product warranty in cases of manipulation, deterioration or improper use of the product that justifies non-functioning due to poor manufacturing itself.
